Thank you very much to Elen and Tamzyn from the DPJ charity for conducting Mental Health awareness training .

A session full of all important information to emphasize the signs of mental health, and how we as individuals and as a Club could support and help people.

The next step will be to establish a Nant Conwy Pastoral Group, their objectives will be to support the whole club family, raise mental health awareness, and organize activities.
